CBRE Group, Inc. (CBRE) announced today that it has secured a 4,405 square-foot lease for Orchestra Premaman at the King of Prussia Mall. This high-profile location marks the French-based retailer’s first store in the United States.
Orchestra Premaman, a vertical retailer and leader in children’s fashion and apparel as well as childcare products in Europe, has more than 700 stores in 40 countries across the globe. The company opened its first location in 1995 by a husband and wife team, and has grown exponentially over the past two-plus decades through a series of significant acquisitions and strategic brick and mortar expansion.
CBRE retail team members John Krause and Matt Mandel assisted Orchestra in its overall market analysis, site selection process and negotiated on their behalf.
“We are very excited to have assisted Orchestra with their launch into the United States,” said Krause. “It is a tremendous company and brand that we feel will continue its incredible success into the US. The King of Prussia location is a perfect high profile opportunity to kick off Orchestra’s expansion into the market.”
Orchestra Premaman’s first U.S. location at the King of Prussia Mall is scheduled to open May 15.
